But what truly matters is understanding yourself to create a happier, healthier life. Many of us carry endless lists of negative descriptors: “I am stupid.” “I am unattractive.” “I am unsuccessful.

What Can You Do?

  • Be Real. Say this out loud.
  • Name Three Positive Things About Yourself. Focus on positive descriptors. For example: “I am strong.” “I am smart.” “I am independent.
  • Repeat This Affirmation: “I choose to love myself fully today.

Take a moment to practice these steps regularly. Embracing who you are can help you shift your mindset and strengthen your connection to yourself.
