On March 16, 2021, Loop Well's **Do Loop** app, co-founded by Dr. Ingrid D. Hicks and Nikhil Zaveri, achieved 4th place in the Reverse Pitch MKE competition, hosted by Northwestern Mutual and the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health network, standing out among over 100 innovators.

Dr. Ingrid D. Hicks, a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in substance abuse counseling and mental health services, and Nikhil Zaveri, an IT specialist and founder of TriShulla, LLC, co-founded Loop Well to combat the growing issue of social isolation and its impact on mental health.
Dr. Hicks specializes in holistic wellness strategies, particularly for underserved communities, while Nikhil Zaveri brings over 25 years of IT expertise, focusing on innovative tech solutions for mental health support. Together, they bridge wellness and digital accessibility, helping individuals overcome isolation and lead more connected, purposeful lives.
Dr. Ingrid D. Hicks, a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of Transformation Services, Inc. in Milwaukee, has been a leader in substance abuse and mental health counseling since 2008. Her practice focuses on wellness strategies, providing counseling and training future counselors. Dr. Hicks also assists Mental Health and AODA facilities in obtaining DHS 75 approval in Wisconsin and offers licensing and credentialing services for substance abuse and prevention specialists.
Dr. Ingrid D. Hicks, an Educator and Advocate for Inclusive Care. During her tenure at the University of Wisconsin Medical School (Milwaukee Clinical Campus), Dr. Hicks developed her first curriculum to teach “talk therapy” to third-year medical students and psychiatric residents. At the Medical College of Wisconsin, she further enhanced their training by immersing students in urban settings to expose them to diverse communities of color and teach culturally responsive approaches to care.

Nikhil Zaveri, co-founder of Loop Well and founder of TriShulla, LLC, a Madison-based IT consulting firm and Wisconsin Minority Business Enterprise, brings over 25 years of experience in IT architecture, governance, and compliance. He has successfully led projects across industries, including startups, SMBs, and government agencies, in roles such as Enterprise IT Architect, Technology Governance Manager, and CRM Implementation Consultant
Nikhil has served on key steering committees for the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Development Commission. His work includes implementing technology roadmaps to improve the lives of low-income families and updating state statutes on licensing and credentialing.
