Can you hear me?

Do you want to reconnect with the things you love? In today’s world, distractions are everywhere, making it hard to hear your inner voice. What is it saying to you? Are there too many choices? Are you afraid of choosing wrong? Are you struggling to figure out what you truly want to do in life? Now ask yourself: How much time are you spending on yourself each day? The answer is probably: Not enough.

What Can You Do?

  • Be Honest: Say this out loud: “I am scared.”
  • Engage Your Senses with the Hand Tracing Exercise: Hold one hand in front of you, fingers spread. Using the pointer finger of your other hand, trace the outline of your extended hand.
  • Focus on Your Breath: Start at the wrist and trace up the pinkie finger as you breathe in. Trace down the pinkie finger as you breathe out. Continue this process finger by finger until you reach your thumb.
  • Repeat in Reverse: Now, trace from your thumb back to your pinkie. Remember to inhale as you trace up and exhale as you trace down.

This simple exercise helps you block out distractions, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Take a moment to practice these steps daily. By truly listening to yourself, you’ll start to find clarity and discover what matters most to you.
